First class service

David McCarthy at the Property Specialists provided us with an excellent, first class service from the very first time we arranged to view one of the properties on his books. We went about things in a slightly different way to most people buying ahouse, in that we saw the property we wanted to buy before we put our house on the market.

David immediately suggested we use the Property Specialists to sell our property as it was in his interests to get things moving as soon as possible for both parties. The rates quoted to us were very competitive, so we agreed and what a good decision it turned out to be! David worked swiftly and professionally to get our house on the market as soon as he could and he was confident he could sell the property quicklyto enable us to move on our purchase. Ourproperty sold to the first couple that viewed our house and we had agreed the price etc. allwithin a few days! Since then David has gone out of his way to help us negotiate, organise and arrange things on our behalf -from past experiencemost other estate agents wouldn't have been prepared to do this. We were also impressed with David's positive attitude and the way he did not push anything upon us (like some other estates agents do!).

We are very grateful to David and his team for helping us so much. He has taken away a lot of the stress that comes with buying/selling a property and we would certainly recommend the Property Specialists to anyone that is looking to buy or sell - especially if you can get them to work on both sides of the transaction for you!

Superhero of all estate agents!

After dealing with another agent we found the superhero of all estate agents in a firm called The Property Specialists. As we lived 3 hours away we needed someone to help organise quotes and oversee the simple renovation we wanted to do. The agent leapt in and dealt with everything for us just to increase his chances of making a sale, which went smoothly thanks to him driving paperwork between solicitors to speed up the process.
